Inscription.  

As Brockville's oldest social club, the Brockville Rowing Club was founded in 1894. The present building replaced the old one in 1978, to continue Brockville's successful rowing tradition.

Fondée en 1894, le club d'aviron de Brockville est reconnu comme le plus ancien club social de Brockville. En 1978, l'ancien édifice a été remplacé par ce nouveau bâtiment afin de continuer la réussite traditionnelle du club d'aviron de Brockville.
 
Erected 2017 by City of Brockville, Heritage Brockville, and City of Brockville Legacy Fund.
