1. "Frannie" Marker
Inscription. This fountain is affectionately named "Frannie" in appreciation of the inspiration provided by Frances Jacksa Schultz. Fran is the wife of Mayor Arthur Schultz and conceived the idea for a fountain in the park that would be visible from the park, the waterway and Jefferson Street. Her name will remain on this fountain in recognition of the contribution she has made both to this project and to the City of Joliet.
