Toluca: lugar donde se venera Toltzin o Coltzin, “El inclinado.” Representacion del dios viejo que los nahuatls llamaban Huehueteotl.

Toluca, Toloca: in (where is) the god Tolo or Toloqui,
"The bowed head."
Toluca: place where Toltzin or Coltzin is venerated, "The Inclined." Representation of the old god the Nahuatls called Huehueteotl.
