Fielding Garr Ranch. A Timeline of History. The Fielding Garr Ranch was first settled in 1848 and represents 133 years of western ranching history. While exploring the ranch you will learn of its colorful past and discover that many periods of history are represented here. Evidence can be found from the earliest pioneers to a fully modernized twentieth century home.
To get the most out of your visit, please begin your journey through time at the orientation center. Here you will find exhibits, artifacts, and information. Most exhibits throughout the site are hands-on, just be cautious of sharp or rusty objects and never treat displays or artifacts roughly.
