Inscription.
James Franklin Sechler (Frank), born in 1924, served his community in many exceptional ways until his untimely passing in 2007. Frank could have gone anywhere and been successful; however, he chose to dedicate his life to this community where he accomplished so much for so many. This Greenway is just one example of his generosity and is an enduring legacy of what one gentle man, under God's Grace, can accomplish. There was only one Frank Sechler, but for all who read this, remember him as one we should all attempt to emulate in creating a better world for us all. .
