Range: British Columbia to Gulf of California coastline
Habitat: rocky shorelines, kelp beds, bays, harbors, sandy beaches
Diet: anchovies, squid, sardines, mackerel, rockfish, crabs
Gestation: Just over 11 months
Offspring: usually 1 pup
