Ruth Ann Crouse in recognition of her exceptional legacy of service to Choptank Community Health System. As a cofounder and board member for 40 years, Ms. Crouse's leadership provided a lasting impact on the health of our organization and community, for which the board, staff, and patients of choptank health are deeply grateful.
