Inscription. Peter A. Rasmussen a native of Langeland, Denmark, married Wilhemina Lausten of Slesvig, Denmark whom he met at a local Danish gathering, settled in Dublin in 1871. He worked on the Dougherty Ranch before he bought his own farm on San Ramon Road, where they raised eleven children. Most of their descendants remain in the Bay Area.
