Location. 40° 32.633′ N, 75° 4.811′ W. Marker is near Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, in Bucks County. Marker can be reached from Milford Frenchtown Road. Marker located along the towpath trail underneath the bridge. Bridge is located along the towpath between Jugtown Road and Lodi Hill Road. To reach the bridge, so can park at the Lock 19 Locktender's House at 9 Lodi Hill Rd, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972 and walk southwest from there. Touch for map.
