Inscription.
His will provided $200 per year to his only child, Rebecca during her natural life.

"Gift to be hers for sole and separate use without intervention of her husband John Bond."

"This, along with my mansion on Front Street and all my other real estate in the city shall…after her death be of use to her children in fee simple as tenants in common …and not as joint tenants."
