Inscription. Betty Jean Kerr was born in Yulee, Florida. She graduated from St. Louis University. Ms. Kerr provided leadership in the revitalization and renovation of People's Health Center where she serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Kerr also helped develop housing for elderly disabled and low income families.
