Meadow
This meadow contains mostly native plants, such as warm season grasses and black-eyed Susan and was established in 2009 after the park was designed to feature native plants. Native plants are hosts for native insects, which are then food for birds, creating a healthy ecosystem. It's a win-win! You can help by planting native plants in your own yard or even pots.
