1904: Primer automovil llega al pueblo.
1912: Nace el politicnico • Instalacion luz electrica en el pueblo.
1918: Terremoto causa daños a estructuras del pueblo.
1924-1926: Se juega baloncesto en San Germán por primera vez.
1925: Se establece el sistema de acueductos.
1929: Se pavimentan por primera vez las calles del pueblo.
1930: Se funda Orquesta Happy Hills.
1932: Primer campeonato de San Germán.
1949: Convento porta Coeli Pasa al Estado.
1953: Inauguracion hospital de area.
1954: Inauguracion primera cancha bajo techo de la isla.
1961: Surge la primera radio-emisora local.
