Jeltje de Bosch Kemper 1836-1916

Zij was een van de oprichters van de Vereeniging voor Ziekenverpleging in 1878, en daarmee de eerste Nederlandse opleiding voor beroepsverpleegsters. Met Anna Reynvaan zette ze in 1890 het Maandblad voor Ziekenverpleging op als contactblad voor verpleegsters, artsen en ziekenhuisbesturen.

She was one of the founders of the Vereeniging voor Ziekenverpleging (“Association for Nursing”) in 1878, and thus the first Dutch training course for professional nurses. In 1890 she and Anna Reynvaan set up the Maandblad voor Ziekenverpleging (“Monthly Magazine for Caregivers”) as a contact magazine for nurses, doctors and hospital boards.
