1. Echinacea angustifolia Marker
Inscription. The roots, leaves and flowers were used by traditional herbalists and Native Americans for generations. One of its main uses is to support a healthy immune system although many of its historical uses were related to topical applications. Effective against both bacterial and viral illnesses. Especially useful for treating infections of the upper respiratory tract.
