Were a common water source in towns throughout America in the 18th-19th century. Several community pumps have been a landmark in the 'square' of St. Thomas throughout its history. This upper stock (pump) was created in 2011 by Historic Preservation Services. This tree pump is dedicated to the people of St. Thomas township.
