Inscription.
H.H. Fledderjohann, Sr., along with his wife and three sons immigrated to America in 1835 from Ladbergen, Germany. In the cholera epidemic of 1849 nine members of the family died in twelve days. H.H. Jr., the only surviving son, buried his family members here in the German Reformed Cemetery.
