In memory of the 1st Congress of Galician Law that was held in September 1972 and that was so important for the compilation of the Civil Law of Galicia and the Galician language. In recognition of the assembly of the mayors of the province of Pontevedra who signed the Galicianization Declaration of their respective advisories.
