1. City of DeWitt Cemetery Marker
Inscription. Originally the private burial grounds for the Scott family, this Cemetery was made public by the Scotts in 1841. As one of the oldest burial grounds in the country, it is the resting place of many veterans from the War of 1812, Civil war and the "Toledo War".
