Inscription. Princess Stephanie began producing the International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo in 2005, carrying on the legacy of her father Prince Rainier III. The World Circus Federation was founded in 2008 under her patronage to further promote circus arts and culture. Together with the New Generation Festival she initiated, the Monte Carlo Festival continues to be one of the world’s highest platforms for circus arts. Her tireless work on behalf of circus worldwide is helping preserve its future.
