Inscription. The house at 210 E. Silver Street sits in an 1807 addition to Lebanon that was originally owned by one of the town's founders, Samuel Manning. Built in the 1850s in the Greek Revival style by J. Kelley O'Neall, it features beautiful small- frieze windows and decorative roof line, iron grill work. Years later the Italianate style porch was added.

An attorney, O'Neall served as Warren County's prosecutor three separate times in three different decades for a total of 12 years. In 1892, Dr. B.H. Blair bought the house. He practiced medicine for 42 years in a small building that once stood next to his home. It was said he possessed “a wisdom that ministered to soul as well as body.”
