Inscription.
Babi Yar, a ravine on the northern edge of Kiev in the Ukraine is the site of a mass grave of more than 100,000 victims, mostly Jews, who were killed by German S.S. squads between 1941 - 1943.

This park is dedicated to the victims of the Babi Yar
