Inscription.
1 October 26, 1912: The "S.S. Keystorm" - a 256 foot freighter from England hit Scow Island Shoal.

2 July 19, 1932: "America" - a steel barge-drill boat owned by R.C. Huffman Construction Company carrying a load of dynamite, blew up killing 7 and injuring 10.
