We are working to stabilize and maintain the building envelope of historic landmarked buildings still located on the original property. Work includes roof, flashing and drainage replacement, along with wood siding and selective reconstruction of windows, doors, trim and damp proofing of the basement. A climate-controlled storage room will be added along the new exterior lighting and upgraded CCTV for security.
