Death Row Exercise Yard
Officers stand on top of the Cellblock 2 wall, looking down into this yard, c 1960. In later years the wall were heightened for extra security.
The heightened wall on Cellblock 11, to your right, collapsed under the increased weight in years after Eastern State was abandoned.
