Lorraine Small Rose Garden
Her son-in-law James Montgomery was the landscape architect responsible for the garden, first planted with 277 roses in 1993 by volunteers with Victoria Avenue Forever. Volunteers from VA performed major rose replanting in 1012 and 2013 and continue to help maintain the garden.
