Inscription.
Brenda was a devoted wife, nurturing mother, and loving grandmother and daughter. Brenda was an ordained minister and pastored Faith Assembly of God Church in Greenville. She was a major part of the Greenville community and had a special place in her heart for all children.

She was the Jr. High School secretary for several years before opening Jonah's Java for children to enjoy after school. A hot meal was lovingly prepared for the children and awaited them when they arrived after school. There were many games and activities for them to do as well. Brenda started a food pantry through her church and provided food to anyone in need in the community.

Brenda's legacy of smiles, laughter, kindness, love of God and love of community will live on through the joy of what this playground will bring to all the children, families and friends who visit for years to come.
