"Blueberries were one of the first berries to emerge right after glacial ice melt. Our ancestors have been using blueberries for thousands of years. Like many berries, they are foraged for and dried to be used throughout the cold months. Drying berries is a great way to preserve them. We use them in a variety of foods like porridge, tea, and corn bread."
