Inscription. Was built in 1951 on the south side of Oak Hill.

The hospital served Oak Hill and the surrounding area until 2000 when a state of the art medical facility was opened in Jackson, OH. Holzer Health Systems donated the site to the Oak Hill Area Chamber of Commerce in 2005.

Parcels were sold at auction and the proceeds used to purchase the site of the former Central School for construction of the Central Memorial Park.

Central Memorial Park was dedicated to the community of Oak Hill on August 23, 2008.
