1. Deloris Hampton Marker
Inscription. A dedicated educator and a tireless volunteer who helped found Women in Community Action (WICA), a Prince William County organization devoted to helping needy families and youth. She also served as a board member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) organization, the Prince William County NAACP and many other community efforts. She fought for the dignity and worth of the individual.
