1. Old Chillicothe Marker
Inscription.
This monument highlights the presence of "Old Chillicothe," the Shawnee village which, according to documentation, existed from 1777 to 1780. The monument claims to have marked the exact location of the council house, however, that location has not been confirmed by archaeology.
 
Erected 2024 by Great Council State Park.
