L. Eugene Cronin Laboratory
Dr. Cronin began his relationship with the lab as a graduate student in 1939. He was appointed to the faculty in 1943. He returned to become Director in 1955, remaining at CBL until 1977. He is best known for his research into the reproductive biology of blue crab.
The building was re-dedicated by Mrs. Alice Cronin and her family in August 2013.
