Milt's extraordinary drive and determination transformed this Potomac River waterfront into the iconic destination, National Harbor. Recognizing the land's tremendous potential and utilizing architectural elements from the world's great cities, his unique vision, passion and leadership made National Harbor a reality. Milt perceived land development as an art form, and National Harbor is his crowning achievement, a testament to his commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive spaces to enrich the lives of many.
A gift from Milt's beloved grandchildren, this likeness stands as a tribute to their hero and local legend, whose gift to all visitors is a vibrant community in which to celebrate life and family togetherness.
