Condoleezza Rice • Sheila Johnson • Venus & Serena Williams
Condoleezza, Sheila, and Venus & Serena achieved groundbreaking success. During the open era, Serena Williams won more Grand Slam singles titles than any other player with 23. Together, Serena and her sister Venus won three Olympic gold medals in doubles and 14 Grand Slam titles. In addition, they both have fashion lines and are involved in several other business ventures and interests. With the Washington Wizards, Mystics and Capitals, Sheila became the first African American woman to be an owner or partner in three professional sports franchises. She is also the co-founder of BET and the CEO of Salamander Hotels & Resorts. Condoleezza was the first female African American Secretary of State and the first woman to serve as National Security Advisor of The United States. Also, as an avid sports fan and advocate she is a part of the ownership group for the NFL's Denver Broncos.
