Mildred Marie Tinner Leak
Mildred Marie Tinner Leak (1928-2020) was a 4th generation Tinner and Family Matriarch. She was a civil rights advocate and an 80-year member of Second Baptist Church. As a long-time employee of the Navy Department she was the first African American female to be promoted to GS-14 level in Naval Air Systems Command.
