Fran Richardson
Fran Richardson (1917-2018) was an accomplished journalist, writer and educator, serving as a Red Cross volunteer in North Africa, Italy, France, and Germany during World War II. She was active in League of Women Voters, AAUW and CBO, and helped found Falls Church Housing Corporation.
