1. Domain Road Gate Marker

Inscription. These gates, made in England, stood for 60 years at the entry to "Nareeb" Kooyong Road Toorak, the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Simmons and their family. Their daughter, Miss Gertrude Simmons, bequeathed them to the National Trust of Australia (Victoria)

They were erected here in 1966 by the trust with the help of the Government of Victoria and officially declared open by the Honourable Sir William McDonald M. P.. Minister of Lands.
On the 15th day of November 1967.
