Inscription.
Jesse Barrick was interred in this cemetery until his remains were exhumed and moved to the Tahoma National Cemetery in Pierce County to be near the grave of his wife. He was interred here after his death at the age of 82. He was awarded the medal of honor for action June 2, 1863 during the Civil War.
