The Asa Ames Headstone is at center, very white. The Asa Ames marker is oriented such that walking from the back of the marker perpendicular to the street, one should be able to find it almost directly ahead.

8. Burial Site of Asa Ames 1823-1851
According to graveaddiction.com , the purity, fidelity, love triangle with a star at center is the, "Symbol of the Order of the Sons of Temperance, a fraternal organization that promoted the temperance movement (abstinence and prohibition of alcohol). Usually seen with their motto: Love, Purity, Fidelity."
