Este vehículo Peugeot, después de los acuerdos de paz, la embajada de Francia acreditada en El Salvador lo entrego al comandante Joaquín Villalobos, reafirmando la declaración Franco-Mexicana de 1982, para que realizara sus movimientos dentro del territorio nacional durante el proceso de transición de la guerra a la paz, ya que recién firmados los acuerdos, era necesario que los comandantes anduvieron más seguros, siendo utilizado durante el tiempo que el comandante Joaquín Villalobos estuvo en el país.

English translation:
Peugeot armored car
This Peugeot was given by the French embassy in El Salvador to the guerrilla commander Joaquin Villalobos after the Peace Accords, reaffirming the Franco-Mexican declaration of 1982, in order for the guerilla leaders to move within the country during the transition process from war to peace. After the Peace Accords of 1992 it was necessary that the commanders traveled safely, being used mostly during the time that the commander Joaquin Villalobos was in the country.
