Se ubica al Este de la Acrópolis Norte, en los alrededores hay varias estructuras aún sin intervención. Las investigaciones desarrolladas la interpretan como un área de mercado dado los vestigios culturales encontrados en los edificios.

East Plaza
Located East of the North Acropolis, in the surroundings are several structures yet without intervention. The investigations lead to interpret the functioning of a market in this area due to the cultural relics found.
 
Erected by Parque Nacional Tikal.
 
Location. 17° 13.33′ N, 89° 37.344′ W. Marker is in Flores, Petén. Touch for map. The marker is east of the northern Acropolis at Tikal National Park in Petén, Guatemala.
