Real Cαrcel, donde el 28 de Septiembre de 1810 fueron libertados los presos por los Insurgentes, que desde luego se unieron al movimiento libertario y ayudaron al triunfo de los patriotas sobre los realistas, en esta ciudad.

English translation:
Royal Prison where on September 28, 1810 the prisoners were released by the Insurgents, who then joined the libertarian movement and assisted in the triumph of the patriots over the royalists in this city.
