Regarding The 100th Anniversary of Mexican Independence. The marker is amazing as it describes a tribute from the Spanish residents of San Luis Potosí on the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the struggle for Mexican Independence...from Spain. Are there any 1876 tributes from the British to United States Independence?
