In 1984 the Beautification Committee strived
to enhance the beauty and character of
our City: This plaque is to honor
Betty L. Evans
who was instrumental in the
beautification program. Her dedication
and determination, along with her personal
contribution enabled a gazebo to be constructed and
placed on this site for the enjoyment of the community
