1. Deer's Tongue Lettuce Marker
Inscription. Deer's Tongue lettuce was brought to North America by English settlers in the mid-1700s. Because the leaves are delicate, they are not distributed commercially. It is best to grow this lettuce variety in a backyard garden or small farm.
