Inscription.
For his lifetime of community service to residents of Pasco County as a Family Physician of 58 years, a Navy WWII Veteran and former City of New Port Richey Councilman, who in 1966 ensured that there would be continued access for emergency vehicles and local traffic to cross the Pithlachascotee River on Main Street whenever needed, saving countless lives and promoting commerce.
 
Erected 2017 by Pasco County Board of County Commissioners.
