Una de las celebraciones más importantes que se realizaban en las ciudades Tarascas era la fiesta de las flechas o "Equata cónsquaro", también llamada "de impartición de justicia". En ella se sacrificaba a los ladrones, bandidos, hechiceros y a quienes no pagaban tributo a los dioses tarascos.

One of the most important celebrations that took place in the Tarascan cities was the “feast of the arrows” or "Equata cónsquaro", also called "imparting justice". During the event thieves, bandits, sorcerers and those who did not pay tribute to the Tarascan gods were sacrificed.
