1. Woodbridge and Jenkins Family Cemetery Marker
Inscription.
This cemetery is the family burial ground for the Woodbridge and Jenkins families. The burial ground and adjacent historic 1765 Benjamin Jenkins' farmstead date from the late 18th century colonial period. Colonel Benjamin Jenkins was a Revolutionary War Veteran. Willian and Mary Farnum Jenkins were leading Abolitionists. The Jenkins House was an important site along the Underground Railway.

Members of the Jenkins Family died during the period from 1821-1878. The remains were removed on April 13th, 1882 and re-interred in Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover, Massachusetts.
