1. The Black Cherry Tree Marker

Inscription. Similar to the black willow tree, the black cherry tree held significance as a medicinal plant. Its bark could be brewed into a soothing tea, offering relief for sore throats and serving as a general remedy for cough and cold symptoms. Even today, some modern medications incorporate extracts derived from the inner bark of the black cherry tree.
