1. Virginia Kettering Marker

Inscription. Virginia Kettering, one of Dayton's leading philanthropists, helped raise awareness and support for SunWatch. The Heilman-Kettering Interpretive Center officially opened to the public on July 29, 1988 and in 1990, SunWatch was elevated to a National Historic Landmark.

In 2006, an extensive renovation of the building was completed and work continues to this day.
